The subject of this public procurement is the supply of water for drinking and household needs, wastewater disposal and treatment for the needs of Yambol Municipality and secondary budget administrators under Yambol Municipality that are not independent contracting authorities within the meaning of the Public Procurement Act, for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months. In view of the applicable regulatory framework, “Water Supply and Sewerage” EOOD - Yambol holds exclusive rights within the meaning of § 2, item 47 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Public Procurement Act, therefore, pursuant to Art. 79, para. 1, item 3, letter “c” of the Public Procurement Act, Yambol Municipality awards this public procurement through a negotiated procedure without prior publication. The supply of water for drinking and household needs and the wastewater disposal and treatment services are provided at prices approved by the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission.
