SCOPE OF THE COMMISSIONED ENGINEERING Scope of the activities subject to the lots Lot No. 1: “Engineering (design, designer’s supervision, construction and supply of equipment) for the reconstruction and modernization of the Yabalkovo drinking-water treatment plant” The scope of work includes at least the following elements: Review and analysis of the available design documentation for the planned activities, as well as bringing it into compliance with the Laws of the State; Preparation of an investment design at the Conceptual Design stage for the Process Engineering part and a Technical Design for the project “Reconstruction and modernization of the Yabalkovo drinking-water treatment plant,” in accordance with the regulatory requirements concerning the scope and content of investment designs; Coordination of the investment design with all supervisory authorities, utility companies and institutions in accordance with the requirements of the Laws of the State; Obtaining all necessary opinions and permits in accordance with the Contract; Execution of construction and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for the execution of the construction, in accordance with the Laws of the State and the Contract; Provision of designer’s supervision during construction in accordance with the Laws of the State, technical solutions, further development and amendments to the design, process control and assistance in commissioning the construction; Preparation of as-built documentation, cadastral surveying of the entire construction and submission of data to the relevant Office of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre in accordance with the Laws of the State. The specific activities, as well as the requirements for their performance, are specified in detail in the Technical Specification – Annex No. 1.1, constituting an integral part of the public procurement documentation.
