The subject of the public procurement is the “supply of goods carried out through purchase” within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) and concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with potential contractors for the supply and purchase of polyester LV meter boards for direct metering, for burial in the ground, and enclosures for indirect meter boards, in accordance with the contracting authority’s terms and requirements. The subject of the procurement includes estimated quantities for the 48 (forty-eight)-month term of the framework agreement, as follows: 1.
