Bulgaria – Electrical domestic appliances for use with foodstuffs – “Supply of electrical appliances for the needs of the Executive Agency ‘Military Clubs and Military Recreation,’ by lots”

Subject of the public procurement: “Supply of electrical appliances appliances for the needs of the Executive Agency ‘Military Clubs and Military Recreation’ by lots, as follows: Lot No. 1 - Supply of electrical appliances for the needs of TD-Sofia; Lot No. 2 - Supply of electrical appliances for the needs of TD-Plovdiv; Lot No. 3 - Supply of electrical appliances for the needs of TD-Varna; Lot No. 4 - Supply of electrical appliances for the needs of TD-Burgas; Lot No. 5 - Supply of electrical appliances for the needs of Lozenets Residence; Lot No. 6 - Supply of electrical appliances for the needs of ‘Banishora’ Military Hostel.” A full description of the requirements by type, technical characteristics and quantity, by lots, as well as the specific requirements, is contained in the contracting authority’s attached technical specifications for the procurement - Annex No. 1 and Annex No. 2, an integral part of this documentation. Under this procedure, Lots No. 1 to No. 4 and Lot No. 6 of the public procurement will be awarded. Participants in the procedure may submit tenders for one, several or all of Lots No. 1 to No. 4 and Lot No. 6 of the public procurement. Each lot is the subject of a separate public procurement contract. Pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority awards Lot No. 5 under the procedure of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. According to the cited provision, contracting authorities may award lots under the procedure applicable to the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the respective lot does not exceed BGN 156 464 (EUR 79 998,77), excluding VAT, for supplies and services, and the total estimated value of the lots awarded in this manner does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the procurement. The total estimated value of the public procurement is EUR 102 605,04 excluding VAT. The estimated value of Lot No. 5: Supply of electrical appliances for the needs of Lozenets Residence is up to EUR 16 370,00 excluding VAT and does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the procurement. No tenders should be submitted under this procedure for Lot No. 5 of the procurement.
