The subject matter of the public procurement is a supply within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act. The subject of this public procurement is “Supply of household electrical appliances and televisions for the needs of Plovdiv Municipality, in two lots,” as follows: Lot No. 1: “Supplies of household electrical appliances” (Lot 1) Lot No. 2: “Supplies of televisions” (Lot 2) The public procurement includes the supply of new, unused and factory-sealed household electrical appliances and televisions, in accordance with the Technical Specification and the Technical and Price Proposal forms for each lot—an integral part of this Documentation. The supplies covered by the lots will be carried out in stages, on the basis of written requests from the Contracting Authority, according to its current needs, under the conditions and within the time limits specified in the draft contract. The quantities of household electrical appliances and televisions specified in the Technical Specifications for the lots are estimated for a period of 12 months, and the Contracting Authority reserves the right, during the term of each contract, not to order the full estimated quantity of any goods, as well as to order supplies of goods above or below their specified estimated quantities, until the maximum value of the Contract for the lot is reached. The conditions under which the subject matter of the procurement will be carried out, as well as the rights and obligations of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, are in accordance with the Draft Contract, the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specification, and the Contractor’s Technical and Price Proposals—an integral part of the Documentation. The contract to be concluded with the tenderer selected as the contractor for the procurement enters into force on the date of its registration in the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY’s document management system and remains in force until all obligations assumed by the Parties under the Contract have been fulfilled, but for no more than 12 (twelve) months from the date of its conclusion. Lot No. 1—“Supplies of household electrical appliances” The lot includes the supply of new, unused and factory-sealed household electrical appliances meeting the minimum technical requirements specified in the Technical Specification, as follows: 1. Dishwasher—estimated quantity: 9 units; 2. Wall-mounted vertical 80 l water heater—estimated quantity: 3 units; 3. Over-sink instantaneous water heater—estimated quantity: 5 units; 4. Water-heating mixer tap—estimated quantity: 5 units. The quantities indicated are estimated for the term of the contract—12 months—and do not oblige the Contracting Authority to order them in full. Supplies shall be carried out in stages on the basis of written requests from the Contracting Authority, according to needs as they arise, until the maximum value of the contract for the lot is reached or until the contract expires, whichever occurs first. The estimated value of the lot is 3 033,33 EUR excluding VAT. Lot No. 2—“Supplies of televisions” The lot includes the supply of new, unused and factory-sealed televisions meeting the minimum technical requirements specified in the Technical Specification, as follows: 1. Television with a display diagonal of 43" (110 cm)—estimated quantity: 10 units; 2. Television with a display diagonal of 55" (139 cm)—estimated quantity: 3 units. The quantities indicated are estimated for the term of the contract—12 months—and do not oblige the Contracting Authority to order them in full. Supplies shall be carried out in stages on the basis of written requests from the Contracting Authority, according to needs as they arise, until the maximum value of the contract for the lot is reached or until the contract expires, whichever occurs first. The estimated value of the lot is 3 500,00 EUR excluding VAT. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 6,533.33 EUR.
