The subject of the public procurement is the supply of net active electrical energy and the selection of a balancing group coordinator for municipally owned sites, including street lighting sites of Boboshevo Municipality, located within the territory of the town and the municipality's constituent settlements, by a licensed electricity supplier and coordinator of a standard balancing group, which shall supply net active electrical energy with full administration of the information flow with ESO and assumption of imbalance costs. In accordance with Art. 48, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the required characteristics of the subject of the public procurement are specified in detail in the Technical Specification contained in a separate document.
