The procurement includes the selection of an electricity supplier and balancing group coordinator for the needs of MBAL “Sveti Panteleymon – Plovdiv” EOOD, in accordance with Appendix No. 2 /Technical Specification/ to the participation documentation and the specified estimated value determined for the 36-month contract term. The subject matter of the procurement includes the requirement that at least 30% of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY'S electricity consumption specified in the Technical Specification of the procurement be supplied from renewable energy sources (RES). The estimated value of the procurement for 36 months amounts to EUR 233,150.00 excluding VAT, and the value thus determined also includes the prices for network services regulated by KEVR and applicable to the contract, the price for “Obligations to Society,” and excise duty.
