Opportunity description

The subject of this procurement is “Selection of a supplier of active net electrical energy and coordinator of a low-voltage balancing group for the needs of RHIF - Montana”. The supply of electrical energy must comply with the applicable regulatory documents: the Energy Act (EA), the Electricity Trading Rules (ETR), and the Rules for Measuring the Quantity of Electrical Energy (RMQEE). With regard to the planning and contracting of specific quantities of net active electrical energy, the ETR shall apply. Performance of the subject of the procurement includes carrying out the following main activities: 1. The supply of the required quantity of low-voltage net active electrical energy is specified in item 1.1 of the Technical Requirements and Specifications, Appendix No. 1 to this documentation, with possible positive or negative deviations. The total estimated quantity of electrical energy to be supplied over a period of 12 months is 72 MWh. The estimated quantity of electrical energy does not oblige the Contracting Authority to consume it. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the quantity consumed depending on the need that arises, and the contractor undertakes to supply the required quantity of electrical energy per day, per month, and for the entire supply period. 2. Preparation of all documents necessary for registering the Contracting Authority’s sites on the free electricity market and completion of the full registration procedure. 3. Inclusion of the Contracting Authority as an indirect member of the Contractor’s balancing group in accordance with the “Electricity Trading Rules” (ETR), without the Contracting Authority paying a registration and participation fee. Energy monitoring, forecasting the Contracting Authority’s electrical energy consumption, and preparing hourly consumption schedules. 4. Notification (registration) of the hourly schedules in ESO’s MMS, as well as carrying out all necessary activities related to the Contracting Authority’s participation in the free electricity market, in accordance with the ETR, EA, and RMQEE.
