Bulgaria – Electricity – “Selection of a supplier of active net electrical energy and a balancing group coordinator for low voltage for the needs of Krumovgrad Municipality”

Opportunity description

The subject matter of the procurement includes the supply of net active electrical energy for the needs of Krumovgrad Municipality, provision of a consumption forecasting service, as well as preparation of schedules by the balancing group coordinator, their submission, correction of the submitted schedules where necessary, responsibility for balancing, and all activities related to the Contracting Authority’s participation in the free electricity market. The Contractor undertakes to supply the required quantity of electricity for the needs of the Contracting Authority, for a day, for a month, and for the entire term of the contract. During the term of the contract, the contracting authority has the right to connect new sites and/or separate (dispose of) existing ones, while reserving the right to change the estimated quantity upwards or downwards according to the need that arises, without incurring penalties for doing so. Pursuant to Art. 5 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Act, when the contracting authority connects new sites during the term of the contract, Art. 116, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act shall apply.
