The public procurement procedure is conducted for the purpose of selecting a supplier of net electricity under six lots for the Employment Agency’s low- and medium-voltage sites in accordance with the technical specification – part of the public procurement documentation, a standard balancing group coordinator, as well as full administration of the information flow (activities for forecasting consumption, preparation of schedules by a balancing group coordinator, their submission to ESO EAD and their correction where necessary, responsibility for balancing and covering imbalance costs, payment of network services to the electricity distribution network operator, etc.), as well as all inherent activities related to the contracting authority’s participation in the free electricity market. The total estimated quantity of electricity to be supplied over a period of 24 months is 7000 MWh, respectively: For Lot No. 1 – 1200 (one thousand two hundred) MWh; For Lot No. 2 – 900 (nine hundred) MWh; For Lot No. 3 – 600 (six hundred) MWh; For Lot No. 4 – 1100 (one thousand one hundred) MWh; For Lot No. 5 – 1600 (one thousand six hundred) MWh; For Lot No. 6 - 1600 (one thousand six hundred) MWh; The stated quantity is estimated and does not oblige the Contracting Authority to purchase it in full, and it shall not be liable to the Contractor for claims in the event that the procurement volume is not fulfilled in its entirety.
