The subject of this procurement is the conclusion of a contract with one contractor following the conduct of a procedure under Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), for the selection of a supplier of active net electrical energy and a balancing group coordinator for sites provided for management to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food (M3Х), as well as the performance of all activities in accordance with the contracting authority’s requirements, described in detail in the Technical Specification. The procurement is announced in connection with Directive 2009/72/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 concerning common rules for the internal market in electricity and repealing Directive 2003/54/EC and Chapter Nine, Section VII “Transactions at Freely Negotiated Prices” of the Energy Act EA/2003.
