The subject matter of the public procurement is the supply of net quantities of active electrical energy at medium and low voltage to the facilities of the Ministry of Health (MH/contracting authority) and the provision of services by acting as a coordinator of a standard balancing group in accordance with the Energy Act (EA), the Electricity Trading Rules (ETR) and the Rules for Measuring the Quantity of Electrical Energy (RMQEE). The award of the public procurement aims to conclude a contract for combined services within the meaning of Art. 20 of the ETR, namely the purchase of electrical energy and payment for all services used by the contracting authority as an end customer: "access to the electricity transmission and/or electricity distribution network", "transmission of electrical energy through the electricity transmission and/or electricity distribution network" and "balancing responsibility", as well as settlement of relations concerning the payment of amounts due for network services for the respective pricing period. The main subject matter of the public procurement has been determined in accordance with Art. 11, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act.
