The subject matter of the public procurement includes the preparation of a design proposal in two phases: Stage 1 – Development of the design at the “Technical Design” phase and Stage 2 – Development of the design at the “Detailed Design” phase, following coordination and integration with the designs for the utility networks and the layout plan for the street under the roadworks section. The design proposal must be prepared with an environmental and functional focus for the needs of restoring the affected landslide section, which has an approximate area of 3.72 dka. The design proposal shall be developed in the following parts: “Engineering Geology” / “Hydrogeology” part; “Geodesy” / “Geodetic Survey and Grading Plan” part; “Structural” part; “Monitoring and Measurement System – MMS” part; “Landscape Architecture and Site Improvement” part; “Cost Documentation” part.
