The public procurement contract, to be performed under the conditions described in the Documentation for participation in the procedure, has as its subject: “Provision of investment design services at the ‘working design’ phase, supporting various types of water supply and sewerage construction works in the territory served by Water Supply and Sewerage Yambol, and exercising designer’s supervision during construction”. The purpose of this public procurement procedure is to conclude a Framework Agreement with 3 (three) potential contractors, in which not all conditions are specified, for the award of public procurement contracts for the performance of activities involving the preparation of designs at the “working design” phase and the exercise of designer’s supervision during construction. The scope, main parameters, and conditions under which the activities included in the public procurement contract will be performed will be determined for each specific award by conducting an internal competitive selection pursuant to Art. 82, para. 4 of the Public Procurement Act.
