The subject of this public procurement is the supply of engines for Mercedes Intouro buses. The Contractor must provide an option to buy back the defective units, which reduces the price of the new ones, provided that the defective units are eligible for return. The quantities of engines specified in the Technical Specification are estimated, and the Contracting Authority reserves the right to choose to order only one of the proposed variants for each of the specified chassis, as well as not to order the units with a buy-back option in cases where the defective units are not eligible for return or are not available. All activities, as well as the full description of the requirements for them, are described in detail in the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1), an integral part of the public procurement documentation.
