The subject matter of the public procurement includes the provision of services related to organizational and technical preparation and logistical support for holding events in various formats, such as: forum/conference (2 events, held in/outside the city of Sofia, approximately 50–200 participants); working meetings (2 events, held in/outside the city of Sofia, approximately 50–200 participants); information days/campaigns, training seminars, thematic and other events (10 events, held in/outside the city of Sofia, approximately 20–100 participants); round tables, discussions (3 events, held in/outside the city of Sofia, approximately 20–50 participants). The stated number is indicative, and the contracting authority may not request events of every type or in this volume. The various events include the performance of different combinations of activities, namely: accommodation, provision of a hall, premises/open space, provision of technical/conference equipment, transport, catering, provision of lecturers/moderators, as well as other activities accompanying the services.
