Opportunity description
The subject of this public procurement is the supply of food products, the requirements for which are described in the Technical Specification, drawn up as Appendix No. 1, which will subsequently be an integral part of the contract for performance of the procurement. The contracting authority reserves the right to determine the quantities of each food product to be supplied in accordance with its requests, provided that the food ordered may not exceed the stated final value of the contract. The food products must comply with BDS and/or equivalent standards and be accompanied by the necessary certificates. All food products must be packaged and labeled. The packaging must be intact, bear labels in Bulgarian, and contain information about the type of goods, their storage, the manufacturer, quality, date of manufacture, and expiration date, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordinance on the Provision of Food Information to Consumers (State Gazette, promulgated, issue No. 25 of 26.03.2021). Each delivery must be accompanied by a veterinary medical certificate and an expert sheet for products of animal origin, as well as a certificate of origin and quality for all food products. The goods must be within their shelf life, of which no more than 30% may have elapsed as of the date on which they are delivered. Deliveries must be made in compliance with all hygiene and sanitary requirements. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 200,000 EUR.
