The subject of this public procurement is: “Supply of food products for the needs of ‘SBR-VITA’ EOOD – town of Velingrad, by lots”, as follows: Lot No. 1 – Meat, meat products and fish – EUR 139 263,50 excluding VAT; Lot No. 2 – Milk and dairy products – EUR 55 220,00 excluding VAT; Lot No. 3 – Fruit and vegetables – EUR 78 957,50 excluding VAT; Lot No. 4 – Other food products – EUR 54 920,40 excluding VAT; Lot No. 5 – Meat and meat products produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 and the acts implementing it – EUR 14 420,00 excluding VAT; Lot No. 6 – Milk and dairy products produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 and the acts implementing it – EUR 12 042,00 excluding VAT; Lot No. 7 – Eggs produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 and the acts implementing it – EUR 2660,00 excluding VAT; Lot No. 8 – Other food products produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 and the acts implementing it – EUR 2833,00 excluding VAT; Lot No. 9 – Fruit and vegetables produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 and the acts implementing it – EUR 9348,50 excluding VAT; Lots with subject matter and maximum contract values as follows: – Oils and fats – EUR 23 965,00 excluding VAT; – Eggs – EUR 11 500,00 excluding VAT; – Cereals and cereal-based foods – EUR 24 900,00 excluding VAT; – Potatoes, root vegetables and pulses – EUR 17 900,00 excluding VAT, which will be awarded according to their individual value pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, through direct award pursuant to Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. These lots have been separated where the required conditions are present, in accordance with the provision of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act. The total estimated value of the lots that will be awarded pursuant to Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act is EUR 78 265,00 excluding VAT. After deducting the values of the lots that will be awarded pursuant to Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act, the remaining value of the procurement amounts to EUR 369 664,90 excluding VAT. The stated estimated values represent the contract value for the respective lot. For the term of the contract, the total value of all awards may not exceed the estimated value of the lot stated in this documentation, which is the maximum contract value for the lot for which a tenderer has been designated as contractor and is not binding on the parties, i.e. the contracting authority has the right, depending on its needs, not to award supplies for the full contract value. The quantities of goods stated in the technical specification are estimated and indicative, and the contracting authority reserves the right to increase and/or decrease them depending on the actual needs that specifically arise. In this regard, during the term of the contract the contracting authority has the right not to order a given estimated quantity of goods in full, as well as to order supplies of goods after the estimated quantities specified for them have been reached, until the total contract value is reached.
