Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public procurement contract includes the periodic supply of fresh fruit and vegetables for a period of 12 months for the needs of childcare facilities and the Children's Dairy Kitchen (CDK) on the territory of Sofia Municipality – Iskar District. Complete information regarding the requirements for the manner and procedure of performance of the subject matter of the public procurement contract is contained in the Technical Specification – Annex No. 1, an integral part of the tender documentation. The food products are included as items and are described in detail by name, unit of measurement and estimated quantity in the attached List of Food Products, an integral part of the Technical Specification. Tenderers must submit a tender for all items. Failure to tender for any of the items constitutes grounds for excluding the tenderer from participation in the procedure. Variants of the tender are not permitted. The quantities of food products specified in the Technical Specification are estimates and depend on the Contracting Authority's current needs during the term of the public procurement contract. The Contracting Authority does not undertake to purchase the entire estimated quantity. The Contracting Authority may order larger quantities of a given item within the total estimated value of the procurement. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 136,289.01 EUR.
