LOTS – the public procurement contains 5 lots. Tenders may be submitted for one or more lots. LOT No. 1 “Meat, meat products and fish” LOT No. 2 “Pulses, oils and fats, sugar and chocolate products, spices and other packaged goods” LOT No. 3 “Milk and dairy products” LOT No. 4 “Cereal foods and cereal-based foods, bread and bakery products” LOT No. 5 “Fruit and vegetables – fresh, canned, dried and processed” The lots are specified in the Quantitative Specification accompanying the documentation, and the estimated quantities are reflected in the Technical Proposal forms, taking into account that the Contracting Authority is not bound to purchase the entire announced quantity, but according to the actual needs stated. The term of the contract for performance of the procurement is 24 months, starting from the date of its signing. The performance guarantee for the contract amounts to 2% of the contract value excluding VAT. The period of validity of the tenders is 6 (six) months. Place of performance – State Psychiatric Hospital – Karlukovo, at the address: Lovech Province, Lukovit Municipality, village of Karlukovo, 14 "Zheleznicharska" Street – warehouse of the food unit, with the Contracting Authority expressly requiring the Contractor to deliver the goods INSIDE the warehouse. Deliveries of the Products will be made following an order from the Contracting Authority, according to a set schedule: Deliveries of food products will be made on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 09:00 to 12:00, with the exception of:. * Deliveries of yogurt and fresh milk, which will be made every day from 09:00 to 12:00. ** Deliveries of bread will be made every day from 08:00 to 09:30 at the latest! The order for delivery of the required products and quantities shall be submitted by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor as follows: - An order for delivery of food products shall be placed by 13:00 on the Friday preceding delivery for the following week. - An order for delivery of yogurt and fresh milk shall be placed by 13.00 on the day preceding the delivery day. - Orders for delivery of bread shall be placed every day by 13.00 on the day preceding the delivery day. The estimated quantities are reflected in the Quantitative Specification and the Technical Proposal form. The Contracting Authority is not bound to purchase the entire announced quantity, but according to the actual needs stated. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 479,703.45 EUR.
