The subject matter of this public procurement is: “SUPPLY OF FOOD PRODUCTS FOR THE NEEDS OF KINDERGARTENS, HOME-BASED SOCIAL CARE, THE ‘HOT LUNCH’ PROJECT AND FAMILY-TYPE ACCOMMODATION CENTRES IN THE TERRITORY OF BOYNITSA MUNICIPALITY, DIVIDED INTO LOTS” The object of this public procurement is supply. The products covered by the public procurement are described in detail in the Technical Specification, the Technical Proposal and the price proposal accompanying this documentation. The quantities of products described are estimates and do not oblige the Contracting Authority to use them in full upon conclusion of a contract. The estimated quantities of food products are for a period of 24 /twenty-four/ months/. The scope of the procurement includes: Supply of food products to meet the need for healthy, high-quality food for the users of: Family-Type Accommodation Centre, village of Boynitsa, 6 G. Dimitrov St., Family-Type Accommodation Centre, village of Boynitsa, 5 G. Dimitrov St., Family-Type Accommodation Centre No. 1, village of Borilovets, Boynitsa Municipality, Family-Type Accommodation Centre No. 2, village of Borilovets, Boynitsa Municipality, Family-Type Accommodation Centre, village of Boynitsa, 2 Palma St., Home-Based Social Care, village of Boynitsa, 4 G. Dimitrov St., Home-Based Social Care, village of Rabrovo, 17 Peta St., Yonka Markova Kindergarten, village of Boynitsa, 17 G. Dimitrov St., ‘Hot Lunch’ Project – at the Home-Based Social Care facility in the village of Boynitsa. During performance of the procurement, the requirements of Ordinance No. N-1 of 23 July 2024 on environmental requirements for certain products subject to public procurement, as well as all other laws and subordinate legislation governing the subject matter and specific characteristics of this public procurement in the part concerning the supply of food, must be observed, with a declaration being submitted that 4% of the listed food products to be supplied during performance of the contract will comply with Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and the labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007, and with the acts implementing it; Upon delivery, the products must be accompanied by the relevant commercial documents/certificates of quality and origin/expert report and other relevant documents – delivery report/handover and acceptance report/goods receipt. Details are provided in the documentation. Lot No. 1: ‘Meat, meat products and fish’ – the estimated quantities and types of products are specified in the price proposal. Lot No. 2: ‘Milk and dairy products’ – the estimated quantities and types of products are specified in the price proposal. Lot No. 3: ‘Pulses, spices and other food products’ – the estimated quantities and types of products are specified in the price proposal. Lot No. 4: ‘Preserves, fruit, vegetables and nuts’ – the estimated quantities and types of products are specified in the price proposal.
