The subject matter of the procurement covers the supply of food products under the project “Hot Lunch in Ivanovo Municipality” under a procedure for the direct provision of grant funding BG05SFPR003-1.001 “Hot Lunch” under the Food and Basic Material Assistance Programme 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus. The procurement is divided into four separate lots, as follows: Lot No. 1: “Supply of meat, dairy products and eggs”; Lot No. 2: “Supply of fruit and vegetables and processed fruit and vegetables”; Lot No. 3: “Supply of pasta products and pulses, confectionery, spices and other products”; Lot No. 4: “Supply of bread”. The types of food products to be supplied under this public procurement are specified in the technical specification included in the procurement participation documentation by separate lots. The food products shall be supplied in accordance with the conditions described in the technical specification and the draft contract in this documentation. The product quantities indicated in the technical specification are estimated, and performance will be based on the quantities specified in individual requests. A need may arise to supply a larger quantity of food products, or supplies may not reach the quantity indicated. In accordance with the option under Art. 104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, when conducting this procedure, the participants’ technical and price proposals will be evaluated before examining the documents concerning compliance with the personal-status requirements and the selection criteria.
