This procedure is for the award of a public contract with the subject: “Delivery of food products for the needs of the Municipal Enterprise ‘Social Services’ – Pomorie, by lots: Lot No. 1 ‘Bread and bakery products’; Lot No. 2 ‘Milk and dairy products’; Lot No. 3 ‘Fruit and vegetables /canned/’; Lot No. 4 ‘Fresh fruit and vegetables’; Lot No. 5 ‘Vegetables /frozen/’; Lot No. 6 ‘Other foodstuffs’. The description of this procurement with the subject: “Delivery of food products for the needs of the Municipal Enterprise ‘Social Services’ – Pomorie, by lots” is the delivery of food products for the needs of the Municipal Enterprise “Social Services” – Pomorie, described in detail by assortment and requirements for their delivery in the Technical Specification, an integral part of the participation documentation. The quantities of the specified types of food products under the lots are described in detail in the Technical Specification and are the approximate quantities required for a two-year (24-month) period. The delivery of food products will be carried out according to prior written weekly requests. The delivery performance deadlines are specified in the Technical Specification. Deliveries are made periodically to each social service. Deliveries are made according to prior written weekly requests prepared by officials from the respective social services authorized for this purpose. The contractor under the contract will receive the weekly requests from the person performing the duties of “housekeeper” at the specified social services in the week preceding the delivery week. The requests are sent in writing to the Contractor. Bread and bakery products are delivered every working day between 8:00 and 9:00 in the morning.
