A public procurement award procedure was conducted at the Ministry of Defence pursuant to Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 and para. 2, Art. 20, para. 1, item 1, letter “b” and Art. 73, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. The public procurement includes the conclusion of a contract for the supply of footwear by lots, as follows: Lot No. 1 "Supply of full-length field boots, black, winter" - 8728 pairs, black, in accordance with the requirements of technical specification ТС Ж 71.4842.24. Place of delivery: military formation 52370 - Negushevo; Lot No. 2 "Supply of special summer footwear" - 10 006 pairs, of which 2012 pairs in black and 7994 pairs in light green, in accordance with the requirements of technical specification ТС Ж 71.4841.24. Place of delivery: military formation 26910 - Radko Dimitrievo - for black footwear, military formation 52370 - Negushevo - for light green footwear. The term of the contract for each lot is 9 (nine) months from the date of its signing. The time limit for carrying out the delivery for each lot is up to 6 (six) months from the date of signing the contract. The lot includes the supply of special summer footwear in a quantity of 10 006 pairs, of which 2012 pairs in black and 7994 pairs in light green, in accordance with the requirements of technical specification ТС Ж 71.4841.24. Place of delivery: military formation 26910 - Radko Dimitrievo - for black footwear, military formation 52370 – Negushevo - for light green footwear. The term of the contract is 9 (nine) months from the date of its signing. The time limit for completing the delivery is up to 6 (six) months from the signing of the contract. Procedure: open.
