Bulgaria – Forage – “Supply through the purchase of straw, forage, forage plants and prepared animal feed”

Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public procurement includes the supply of roughage – alfalfa for the needs of TP DLS “Borovo”. The delivered roughage must be from the 2026 harvest. The quantities must be delivered in bales of approximately 20 kg, green in color, dry. A full description of the procurement is contained in the Technical Specification, an integral part of this documentation. The proposed prices must include all costs for: transportation to the location specified for delivery, remuneration of the team proposed by the participant, business trips, consumables, travel expenses necessary for the proper and accurate performance of the procurement. Participants must comply with the Technical Specification attached to this documentation – Annex No. 1. In the event that the roughage – alfalfa delivered by the CONTRACTOR has: visible defects, non-compliance of the quality with that in the technical specification and/or discrepancies in the quantities, the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY may reject the order, and the rejection shall be documented in a findings report signed by the CONTRACTOR and the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY. In this case, the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY shall not owe remuneration for the completed delivery. In this case, the CONTRACTOR is obliged to make a new delivery of roughage – alfalfa without defects and/or with quality identical to that in the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY’s technical specification and/or in the corresponding quantities within no more than 5 /in words: five/ working days from the date on which the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY rejected the previous order. In the event that the CONTRACTOR delivers roughage – alfalfa that is unfit for use due to an expired shelf life, hidden defects or other reasons that cannot be established upon delivery, this circumstance shall be documented in a findings report signed by the CONTRACTOR and the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY within one month of delivery. In this case, the CONTRACTOR is obliged to replace, at its own expense, the quantities of roughage – alfalfa unfit for use described in the findings report. The replacement must be carried out within 5 /in words: five/ working days from the day following the date on which the findings report is signed. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 17,405 EUR.
