With this procedure, the contracting authority aims to select a supplier for the conclusion of a contract for the periodic supply /refuelling/ of fuels for motor vehicles used by Municipal Enterprise “Sineva”, which is to be carried out at the contractor’s petrol stations in Silistra and/or the settlements in the municipality. The public procurement contract is awarded through a negotiated procedure without prior publication pursuant to Art. 79, para. 1, item 7 of the Public Procurement Act, the subject matter of the contract is the supply of goods traded on a commodity exchange, according to a list approved by an act of the Council of Ministers, upon the proposal of the Minister of Finance, Council of Ministers Decree 191/29.07.2016, amended by Council of Ministers Decree 347/08.12.2016, published in issue 99/13.12.2016 of the State Gazette.
