Bulgaria – Furnishing – Supply of furnishings under two separate lots

Opportunity description

The subject of this procurement is the selection of a contractor for the supply of furnishings under two separate lots: Separate lot No. 1: Supply of furnishings for the needs of: “Residential Care Center for Persons Above Working Age without Disabilities,” “Community Center for Early Childhood Development,” and “Crisis Center.” Separate lot No. 2: Supply of kitchenware for the needs of the “Crisis Center” – a reserved public procurement contract within the meaning of Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act. The public procurement contract is awarded in implementation of the activities under the Administrative Contract for the Provision of Grant Financial Assistance under RDP 2021-2027, procedure BG16FFPR003-2.002 “Support for Integrated Urban Development in 40 Urban Municipalities,” ISUN No. BG16FFPR003-2.006-0114-С01, with Svilengrad Municipality as beneficiary, Activity: “Construction of Social Infrastructure in Svilengrad Municipality.” The full scope of activities is described in detail in the Technical Specifications for the respective separate lot, Appendix No. 1 for separate lot No. 1 and Appendix No. 2 for separate lot No. 2 to this participation documentation. The conditions under which the subject of the procurement will be implemented, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor, are in accordance with: the Draft Contract; the Technical Specification for the respective separate lot; the contractor’s Technical and Price Proposal for the respective separate lot.
