This public procurement includes eight separate lots, as follows: Lot 1: Supply and installation of furniture for users’ rooms, common and service premises - maximum estimated value of 74 336,73 euro (seventy-four thousand three hundred thirty-six euro and 73 euro cents) excluding VAT or 89 204,08 euro (eighty-nine thousand two hundred and four euro and 8 euro cents) including VAT; Lot No. 2: Supply and installation of kitchen equipment - maximum estimated value of 22 890,54 euro (twenty-two thousand eight hundred and ninety euro and 54 euro cents) excluding VAT or 27 468,65 euro (twenty-seven thousand four hundred sixty-eight euro and 65 euro cents) including VAT; Lot No. 3: Supply, installation and commissioning of specialized equipment - maximum estimated value of 46 885,47 euro (forty-six thousand eight hundred eighty-five euro and 47 euro cents) excluding VAT or 56 262,56 euro (fifty-six thousand two hundred sixty-two euro and 56 euro cents) including VAT Lot 4: Supply and installation of metal cabinets - maximum estimated value of 3 722,20 euro (three thousand seven hundred twenty-two euro and 20 euro cents) excluding VAT or 4 466,64 euro (four thousand four hundred sixty-six euro and 64 euro cents) including VAT; Lot No. 5: Supply and commissioning of electronic equipment (televisions and laptops) - maximum estimated value of 8 896,48 euro (eight thousand eight hundred ninety-six euro and 48 euro cents) excluding VAT or 10 675,78 euro (ten thousand six hundred seventy-five euro and 78 euro cents) including VAT; Lot No. 6: Supply and installation of laundry equipment - maximum estimated value of 4 744,79 euro (four thousand seven hundred forty-four euro and 79 euro cents) excluding VAT or 5 693,75 euro (five thousand six hundred ninety-three euro and 75 euro cents) including VAT; Lot No. 7: Supply of cleaning equipment - maximum estimated value of 14 929,72 euro (fourteen thousand nine hundred twenty-nine euro and 72 euro cents) excluding VAT or 17 915,66 euro (seventeen thousand nine hundred fifteen euro and 66 euro cents) including VAT; Lot No. 8: Supply and installation of a mobile sink - maximum estimated value of 1 406,05 euro (one thousand four hundred and six euro and 5 euro cents) excluding VAT or 1 687,27 euro (one thousand six hundred eighty-seven euro and 27 euro cents) including VAT. Pursuant to Art.21, para.6 of the Public Procurement Act in connection with Art.7 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Act, the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY assigns the performance of: Lot 4: Supply and installation of metal cabinets; Lot No. 5: Supply and commissioning of electronic equipment (televisions and laptops); Lot No. 6: Supply and installation of laundry equipment; Lot No. 7: Supply of cleaning equipment; Lot No. 8: Supply and installation of a mobile sink under the procedure provided for their individual values (directly under Art.20, para.4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act). The estimated value of each of the specified lots does not exceed 79 998,77 euro excluding VAT, and the value of Lots Nos. 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 awarded in this manner represents 18.95 percent of the total estimated value of the procurement. In view of the above, no tenders shall be submitted for Lots Nos. 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. Participants in the open procedure may submit tenders for Lots Nos. 1, 2, and3. The subject matter of this lot includes the supply, transport, unloading and installation of furniture for the needs of the Home for Elderly People – village of Dobromirka, in accordance with the quantities described below: 1. Sofas - 21 pcs.; 2. Coffee tables - 10 pcs.; 3. Armchairs - 10 pcs.; 4. Dining tables, 160/80/80 cm - 5 pcs.; 5. Dining tables, 80/80/80 cm - 2 pcs.; 6. Dining chairs - 36 pcs.; 7. TV cabinet – suitable for a 43'' television - 20 pcs.; 8. Desk with chair, 100/60/85 cm - 39 sets; 9. Cabinets for laundry room - 8 pcs.; 10. Beds - 28 pcs.; 11. Wardrobes, 100/60 cm, 2 shelving units - 24 pcs.; 12. Wardrobes, 120/60 cm, 2 shelving units - 7 pcs. The subject matter of this lot includes the supply, transport, unloading, installation, connection and commissioning of equipment for the needs of the Home for Elderly People – village of Dobromirka, in accordance with the quantities described below: 1.
