Opportunity description

This public procurement is for the supply of gas oil with a sulfur content of up to 0.001% – CN code 27 10 19 44 for the needs of the Incinerator of the Enterprise for Management of Environmental Protection Activities. The quality of the liquid fuel must comply with the Ordinance on the requirements for the quality of liquid fuels, the conditions, procedure and manner of their control, and the Bulgarian State Standard. The goods are included in a list under the annex to Art. 79, para. 1, item 7 of the Public Procurement Act. Quantity – 144 000 liters of fuel, determined on the basis of consumption for a previous period. The public procurement contract is concluded under the conditions of the Sofia Commodity Exchange for a period of 8 (eight) months, and if the quantity is not reached within the term of the contract, the latter is extended for no more than 4 (four) months.
