Supply of gas oil at industrial and municipal prices for the needs of 139 Primary School "Zahari Krusha” for a period of 2 (two) years. The subject of the procurement is one type of goods and cannot be divided into lots. Pursuant to Art. 79, para. 1, item 7 of the Public Procurement Act, Contracting Authorities may award public contracts through a negotiated procedure without prior publication when the subject of the procurement is the supply of goods traded on a commodity exchange, according to a list approved by an act of the Council of Ministers upon the proposal of the Minister of Finance.
