Opportunity description

Within the framework of the public procurement, the Contracting Authority intends to award a contract for the supply of calibration and working gases for the needs of the laboratories of ИАОС. The aim is to provide the necessary gas mixtures for high-quality measurements of air pollutants over a period of 24 months, in implementation of monitoring programs, pollution alerts and assignments from various institutions. In accordance with the needs of the Contracting Authority, the public procurement is divided into 17 lots, as follows: Lot No. 1: Calibration gases and reference gases for checking SO2 Lot No. 2: Calibration gases and reference gases for checking NO Lot No. 3: Calibration gases and reference gases for checking CO Lot No. 4: Calibration gases and reference gases for checking benzene/BTX Lot No. 5: Working gases helium Lot No. 6: Working gases argon Lot No. 7: Calibration gases and reference gases for checking NO2 Lot No. 8: Calibration gases, reference gases for checking and working gas O2 Lot No. 9: Calibration gases and reference gases for checking H2S Lot No. 10: Calibration gases and reference gases for checking NH3 Lot No. 11: Calibration gases, reference gases for checking and working gas methane and propane Lot No. 12: Working gas nitrogen Lot No. 13: Working gas acetylene Lot No. 14: Working gas hydrogen Lot No. 15: Working gas synthetic air Lot No. 16: Working gas nitrous oxide (N2O) Lot No. 17: Working gas isobutane Lots No. 7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16 and 17 are awarded pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of ЗОП, and they will be awarded according to their individual value through direct award pursuant to Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of ЗОП. The total value of the lots is BGN 199,400 (one hundred ninety-nine thousand four hundred leva) excluding VAT, which does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the procurement.
