“Supply of mobile equipment in five separate lots: Separate lot No. 1 - Compost windrow turner – 1 pc. Separate lot No. 2 - Mobile crusher – shredder 22 hp and 75 hp – 2 pcs. Separate lot No. 3 - Compost screen with a capacity of min. 6000 tonnes per year – 1 pc. Separate lot No. 4 - Front loader – 1 pc. Separate lot No. 5 - Mini front loader – 1 pc. The subject matter of the procurement also includes the provision of warranty (service) maintenance for the supplied equipment during the warranty period. 2.1.Technical maintenance and repair Technical maintenance and repair of the equipment shall be carried out on site, and where this is not possible - at the contractor’s service facility (owned or leased) authorized by the manufacturer(s), within the country, during the warranty periods and warranty (service) maintenance. 2.2.Other requirements 2.2.1. The equipment shall be accompanied by instructions or an operating manual in Bulgarian. 2.2.2. The equipment shall be accompanied by documents certifying its quality and origin and the documents necessary for its registration. 2.3. Warranty liability and warranty requirements. 2.3.1. The contractor shall guarantee the full functional fitness of the supplied equipment in accordance with its intended purpose and the technical specifications. 2.3.2. Full warranty service provided for a period of at least 12/twelve/ months. 2.3.3 The warranty period shall commence from the date of signing an acceptance and handover protocol for the delivery without remarks. The tenderer shall provide a statement of technical maintenance during the warranty period, including consumables, materials, labor and transport to the place of delivery.
