“Supply of mobile equipment in five separate lots: Separate lot No. 1 – Compost windrow turning machine – 1 unit. Separate lot No. 2 – Mobile crusher-shredder, 22 hp and 75 hp – 2 units. Separate lot No. 3 – Compost screen with a capacity of min. 6000 tonnes per year – 1 unit. Separate lot No. 4 – Front loader – 1 unit. Separate lot No. 5 – Mini front loader – 1 unit. The subject matter of the contract also includes the provision of warranty (service) maintenance for the supplied equipment during the warranty period. 2.1. Technical maintenance and repair The technical maintenance and repair of the equipment shall be carried out on site and, where this is not possible, at the contractor’s service facility (owned or leased) in the country, authorized by the manufacturer(s), within the warranty periods and warranty (service) maintenance. 2.2. Other requirements 2.2.1. The equipment shall be accompanied by operating instructions or a user manual in Bulgarian. 2.2.2. The equipment shall be accompanied by documents certifying its quality and origin and the documents required for its registration. 2.3. Warranty liability and warranty requirements. 2.3.1. The contractor shall guarantee the full functional fitness of the supplied equipment in accordance with its intended purpose and the technical specification. 2.3.2. Full warranty service shall be provided for a period of at least 12/twelve/ months. 2.3.3. The warranty period shall commence on the date of signing a handover and acceptance protocol for the delivery without remarks. The participant shall submit a statement of the technical maintenance during the warranty period, including consumables, materials, labor and transportation to the place of delivery.
