“Delivery of mobile equipment in five separate lots: Separate lot No. 1 - Compost windrow turner – 1 unit. Separate lot No. 2 - Mobile crusher-shredder, 22 hp and 75 hp – 2 units. Separate lot No. 3 - Compost screen with a capacity of min. 6000 tonnes per year – 1 unit. Separate lot No. 4 - Front loader – 1 unit. Separate lot No. 5 - Mini front loader – 1 unit. The subject matter of the procurement also includes the provision of warranty (service) maintenance for the delivered equipment during the warranty period. 2.1.Maintenance and repair The maintenance and repair of the equipment shall be performed on site and, where this is not possible, at the contractor’s service facility (owned or rented) in the country, authorized by the manufacturer(s), within the warranty periods and warranty (service) maintenance. 2.2.Other requirements 2.2.1. The equipment shall be accompanied by operating instructions or an operating manual in Bulgarian. 2.2.2. The equipment shall be accompanied by documents certifying its quality and origin and the documents necessary for its registration. 2.3. Warranty liability and warranty requirements. 2.3.1. The contractor shall guarantee the full functional fitness of the delivered equipment in accordance with its intended purpose and the technical specification. 2.3.2. Full warranty service shall be provided for a period of at least 12/twelve/ months. 2.3.3 The warranty period shall begin on the date of signing a delivery and acceptance protocol for the delivery without remarks. The tenderer shall submit a report on maintenance services during the warranty period, including consumables, materials, labor and transportation to the place of delivery.
