The subject of this public procurement procedure is the selection of a contractor to provide preventive medical examinations and tests for employees of the Territorial Division of the National Social Security Institute – Plovdiv. The type of preventive medical examinations and tests is determined in accordance with Appendix No. 5 to Art. 8 of Ordinance No. 3/28.02.1987 on the mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations of workers, Art. 9 of Ordinance No. 7/15.08.2005 on the minimum requirements for ensuring healthy and safe working conditions when working with video display screens, and on the basis of the analyses of the preventive medical examinations and tests conducted in 2025 within the National Social Security Institute system and a proposal from the occupational health service provider. The preventive medical examinations shall be carried out for all employees of the Territorial Division of the National Social Security Institute – Plovdiv according to the staff list, which at the time of preparation of the technical specification is estimated at 261 employees, of whom 236 are women and 25 are men. Pursuant to Art. 104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the committee will examine the tenders received according to the so-called “reversed order” regulated in Art. 61 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Act.
