Bulgaria – Insignia – Supply of distinctive jacquard-woven insignia for uniform clothing - framework agreement

The Ministry of Defence conducted a public procurement procedure pursuant to Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 and para. 2, Art. 20, para. 1, item 1, letter “b”, Art. 73, para. 1, Art. 81, para. 1 and Art. 82, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, with the subject: “Supply of distinctive jacquard-woven insignia for uniform clothing - framework agreement”. The subject of the procurement concerns all elements /nomenclatures/ of distinctive jacquard-woven insignia for uniform clothing specified in technical specification TS ZH 71.5083.25, excluding item 2.2. “Side-cap emblem”. A framework agreement has been concluded with one contractor, with all conditions defined therein, without the subsequent conduct of an internal competitive selection. The framework agreement shall remain in force until its total value is reached, but no later than 3 years from the date of its conclusion. The delivery period under the specific contracts concluded under the terms of the framework agreement shall be no more than 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. Estimated quantity: A total of 57 480 distinctive jacquard-woven insignia for uniform clothing, including: 1. Sleeve insignia denoting affiliation with the Bulgarian Armed Forces – for OV-23 459 pcs. 2. Sleeve insignia denoting affiliation with the Bulgarian Armed Forces – for the Air Force-10 184 pcs. 3. Sleeve insignia denoting affiliation with the Bulgarian Armed Forces – for the Navy-16 571 pcs. 4. Chief sergeants’ patches (Ministry of Defence, SPPMO and Bulgarian Armed Forces) for uniform clothing (type B): -for Chief Sergeant of the Bulgarian Armed Forces (with a red background color for OV and light blue for the Air Force) - 38 pcs. -for Chief Sergeant of the Joint Forces Command (with a red background color for OV and light blue for the Air Force) - 90 pcs. -for Chief Sergeant of the Land Forces, Air Force and Joint Special Operations Command (with a red background color for OV and light blue for the Air Force) - 150 pcs. -for Chief Sergeant of a brigade and equivalent units (with a red background color for OV and light blue for the Air Force) - 150 pcs. - for Chief Sergeant of a regiment and equivalent units (with a red background color for OV and light blue for the Air Force) - 480 pcs. -for Chief Sergeant of a battalion and equivalent units (with a red background color for OV and light blue for the Air Force) - 1 930 pcs -for Chief Sergeant of a company and equivalent units (with a red background color for OV and light blue for the Air Force) - 4 428 pcs.
