Lot No. 1 - “Property” insurance of buildings owned by the company. Lot No. 2 - “Property” insurance of the contact network. Lot No. 3 - “Motor Vehicle Casco” insurance covering all risks, including theft, based on their balance sheet value, which also includes permanently installed road safety system equipment. Lot No. 4 - Compulsory “Motor Third-Party Liability” insurance – in accordance with the Insurance Code. Lot No. 5 - Compulsory “Accident” insurance for public transport passengers. Lot No. 6 - “Accident” insurance for drivers and seats in company vehicles. Lot No. 7 - “Occupational Accident” insurance for 720 workers and employees of the Contracting Authority. The total period for performance of this procurement is 36 (thirty-six) months, with insurance policies concluded for every 12 months (for each lot) of the entire contract period. If any of the current insurance policies expire after the date of conclusion of the contract, their coverage shall commence from the date of issuance of the new policy for a period of 12 months. The term of the insurance policies for each lot is 12 months, and following its expiry, after updating the assets subject to insurance, the lists of motor vehicles and lists of employees, a new policy shall be issued for a further period of 12 months upon an assignment letter from the Contracting Authority. “Property” insurance of the contact network, described in detail in the attached list, Annex 15B.
