The procurement includes the provision of insurance services to St. George University Hospital EAD, Plovdiv, with the subject matter divided into five separate lots: Lot No. 1 - Compulsory “Motor Third Party Liability” insurance for the motor vehicles in the fleet of St. George University Hospital EAD; Lot No. 2 - Insurance of land vehicles, excluding railway rolling stock (“Casco” insurance), for the motor vehicles in the fleet of St. George University Hospital EAD. Lot No. 3 - Insurance of medical equipment provided free of charge to St. George University Hospital EAD under the “Bulgarian Christmas” charitable initiative and insurance of medical equipment provided under Ministry of Health programs. Lot No. 4 - Provision of an insurance service for compulsory “Liability of Persons Practising a Medical Profession” insurance at St. George University Hospital EAD - Plovdiv, including persons who have concluded with St. George University Hospital EAD a training agreement for the acquisition of a specialty under Ordinance No. 34 of 29.12.2006 (repealed) or under Ordinance No. 1 of 22.01.2015. The terms of the compulsory insurance must comply with all requirements of the Ordinance on Compulsory Insurance of Persons Practising the Medical Profession, adopted by Council of Ministers Decree No. 208 of 25.09.2018. Lot No. 5 - Group “Accident and Illness” insurance for the employees of St. George University Hospital EAD, including persons who have concluded with St. George University Hospital EAD a training agreement for the acquisition of a specialty under Ordinance No. 34 of 29.12.2006 (repealed) or under Ordinance No. 1 of 22.01.2015. The subject matter of separate Lot No. 1 includes compulsory “Motor Third Party Liability” insurance for the motor vehicles in the fleet of St. George University Hospital EAD. The subject matter of the lot includes the provision of a compulsory insurance service for the motor vehicles in the fleet of St. George University Hospital EAD for “Motor Third Party Liability” insurance. The period for performance of the services covered by the lot is 24 months, with an option to extend it by another 12 months, or 36 months in total. During the period thus specified, approximately 40 motor vehicles are expected to be insured under compulsory “Motor Third Party Liability” insurance (minor changes in the number of motor vehicles are possible during the procurement due to decommissioning, the possible purchase of new motor vehicles, and other reasons), with engine capacities ranging from 1199 cm3 to 3000 cm3. The subject matter of the present separate Lot No. 2 includes insurance of land vehicles, excluding railway rolling stock (“Casco” insurance), for the motor vehicles in the fleet of St. George University Hospital EAD. The subject matter of the lot includes the provision of an insurance service for the motor vehicles in the fleet of St. George University Hospital EAD for “INSURANCE OF LAND VEHICLES, EXCLUDING RAILWAY ROLLING STOCK — CASCO” insurance. The period for performance of the services covered by the lot is 24 months, with an option to extend it by another 12 months, or 36 months in total. During the period thus specified, approximately 37 motor vehicles are expected to be insured under “CASCO” insurance (minor changes in the number of motor vehicles are possible during the procurement due to decommissioning, the possible purchase of new motor vehicles, and other reasons), with engine capacities ranging from 1199 cm3 to 3000 cm3. The subject matter of the present separate Lot No. 3 includes insurance of medical equipment provided free of charge to St. George University Hospital EAD under the “Bulgarian Christmas” charitable initiative and insurance of medical equipment provided under Ministry of Health programs. During the period thus specified, approximately 129 devices with a total value of EUR 15 728 225,51 and 9 devices supplied under the “Bulgarian Christmas” charitable initiative with a total value of EUR 207 219,64 are expected to be insured under “MOVABLE PROPERTY INSURANCE.” The subject matter of the present separate Lot No. 4 includes the provision of an insurance service for compulsory “Liability of Persons Practising a Medical Profession” insurance at St. George University Hospital EAD - Plovdiv, including persons who have concluded with St. George University Hospital EAD a training agreement for the acquisition of a specialty under Ordinance No. 34 of 29.12.2006 (repealed) or under Ordinance No. 1 of 22.01.2015. During the period thus specified, approximately 74 physicians and 102 medical specialists falling within the First Risk Group, 302 physicians and 302 medical specialists falling within the Second Risk Group, and 353 physicians and 380 medical specialists falling within the Third Risk Group are planned to be insured under “Liability of Persons Practising a Medical Profession” insurance. The minimum annual insured amounts per person are: First Risk Group EUR 45 000, Second Risk Group EUR 85 000, and Third Risk Group EUR 150 000, while the aggregate liability limit for one event for each insured person is: GROUP 1 - EUR 90 000, GROUP 2 - EUR 170 000, and GROUP 3 - EUR 300 000. The stated numbers and types of employees are estimates for the duration of the procurement, during which they will vary as a result of events such as departures, new appointments, and others.
