The subject matter of the public procurement includes activities to provide subscription maintenance in continuous readiness of the software modules installed on devices located in the buildings of the Council of Ministers and the Boyana Complex – ЪНРИЪЛСОФТ: “Reception” License – 1 unit, “Warehouse” License – 13 units, “Touch Sale Marking” License – 13 units. The tenderer must be the developer/manufacturer (copyright holder) of the software modules/products, or a person authorized by the developer/manufacturer, or its official representative with the right to provide subscription maintenance for the products (territorial distribution) within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. To certify this circumstance, the tenderer must submit with its technical proposal a copy of a document proving these rights, in Bulgarian or accompanied by a translation into Bulgarian.
