“Provision of licenses for Microsoft products for the needs of the Financial Supervision Commission” by lots, as follows: Lot No. 1 – “Provision of 120 Windows Server Data center Core 2 SL licenses”; Lot No. 2 – “Provision of 260 Windows Server User CAL licenses”; Lot No. 3 – “Provision of 5 Windows Server Remote Desktop Services CAL licenses”; Lot No. 4 – “Provision of 2 Microsoft SQL Server Standard Core 2 SL licenses”; Lot No. 5 – “Provision of 1 Microsoft Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE) LSA license”; Lot No. 6 – “Provision of up to 37 Office 365 E3 licenses”; Lot No. 7 – “Provision of 250 licenses for Microsoft 365 Business Standard software products” Option under Lot No. 6: The Contractor shall provide 25 Office 365 E3 licenses, while the Contracting Authority reserves the right, should a need arise and funding be secured, to order by request up to 12 additional licenses. Note: Pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority shall award the performance of Lot No. 7, with subject matter “Provision of 250 licenses for Microsoft 365 Business Standard software products,” under the procedure applicable to the individual estimated value of the respective lot – direct award, within the meaning of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act, in the total amount of 25 230 (twenty-five thousand two hundred and thirty) euros excluding VAT. Important! In view of the above, participants in this public procurement procedure should submit tenders only for Lots No. 1 through No. 6.
