Opportunity description

The subject of the public procurement includes periodically recurring supplies of chemicals and reagents under 32 lots, in accordance with the attached Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1), for the purpose of selecting contractor(s) and concluding contract(s) under the most favorable conditions for SBALHZ EAD. The technical characteristics, estimated quantity and estimated value of the chemicals and reagents for each lot are described in detail in the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1), an integral part of this documentation. Some of the lots include sub-items, and tenderers must offer all sub-items contained in that lot. Failure to offer all sub-items in the given lot, or the non-compliance of any of them with the Contracting Authority’s requirements, constitutes grounds for excluding the tenderer from the procurement procedure for that lot. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of a tender for one or more of the lots included in the subject of the public procurement, as well as for all lots.
