Opportunity description

The subject of the public procurement includes periodically recurring supplies of chemicals and reagents under 37 separate lots, in accordance with the attached Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1), for the purpose of selecting a contractor/contractors and concluding a contract/contracts under the most favorable conditions for SBALHZ EAD. The technical specification (Appendix No. 1), an integral part of this documentation, describes in detail the technical characteristics, estimated quantity, and estimated value of the chemicals and reagents for each separate lot. Some of the separate lots include sub-items, and participants must submit an offer for all sub-items contained in that separate lot. Failure to offer all sub-items in the given separate lot, or the non-compliance of any of them with the requirements of the Contracting Authority, shall constitute grounds for removing the participant from the procurement procedure for that separate lot. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of an offer for one or more of the separate lots included in the subject of the public procurement, as well as for all separate lots.
