The procurement is divided into four lots. Lot No. 1 “Supply of Consumables for a Capillary Sequencer” Lot No. 2 “Supply of Primers for DNA Amplification” Lot No. 3 “Supply of Consumables for Nanopore Sequencing” Lot No. 4 “Supply of DNA Polymerase”, which is awarded pursuant to Art. 20, para. 4 in conjunction with Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, with an estimated value of 10,200 euros excluding VAT. Lot 4 is awarded under the procedure of Art. 20, para. 4 of the Public Procurement Act. Pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, contracting authorities may award lots under the procedure applicable to the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the respective lot does not exceed BGN 156,464 for supplies and services and BGN 1,000,000 for construction works, and the total value of the lots awarded in this manner does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the procurement. Both conditions have been met for Lot No. 4. The remaining value of the procurement is 51,105 euros excluding VAT. Tenders shall be submitted only for Lots 1, 2 and 3, and the requirements specified in this documentation for the procedure under Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act apply to them. The subject matter of the lot includes 4 items, which are described in detail in the technical specification for the respective lot. The items subject to the procurement are used to conduct the Contracting Authority’s scientific research activities, and the exact quantity that would be required for each specific study is established during the research process. Due to this circumstance, as of the date of publication of the procurement, the Contracting Authority’s specific needs (quantities) cannot be determined precisely. The Contracting Authority is not obligated to order the full volume of the quantities specified in the specification. The delivered products must be in original, intact, sealed packaging with the original labels of the manufacturer. The delivery period is up to 8 weeks from receipt of a request. The deadline for performance of the public procurement contract is 31.12.2026. The subject matter of the lot includes 8 items, which are described in detail in the technical specification for the respective lot. The items subject to the procurement are used to conduct the Contracting Authority’s scientific research activities, and the exact quantity that would be required for each specific study is established during the research process.
