Engineering (design, construction and designer’s supervision) for the construction of a new facility: Innovative Thermal Park and Aquae Calidae Archaeological Campus in regulated land plot II, block 11, land plot with identifier No. 07079.701.90 according to the Cadastral Map and Cadastral Registers of the city of Burgas. The construction of a new innovative Thermal Park and “AQUAE CALIDAE” Archaeological Campus is envisaged, combining within a functionally, but not necessarily physically, connected complex / unified ensemble composition the individual buildings and components and their capabilities for educational and scientific activities, habitation, public services, business and recreation in a suitable natural environment. The construction project that is the subject of this public procurement is Category II (Second) within the meaning of Art. 4, para. 5, item 1 of Ordinance No. 1 on the nomenclature of types of construction works, Art. 137, para. 1, item 2, letter “d” of the Spatial Development Act – buildings and facilities for public services with a capacity of more than 1,000 visitor places.
