Bulgaria – Meal-preparation services – Preparation and delivery of ready-made food for persons from at-risk groups under the “Hot Lunch” project in Antonovo Municipality

The public procurement contract is awarded in connection with Amendments to the Conditions for Application and the Guide for the specific beneficiary for the implementation and management of contracts under Operation BG05SFPR003-1.001 “Hot Lunch”, “Food and Basic Material Assistance” Programme 2021–2027, co-financed by the ESF, under which Antonovo Municipality is a specific beneficiary, consisting of an extension of the activities for providing a “hot lunch” until 16.07.2027. In carrying out the subject matter of the procurement, the Guide for the Specific Beneficiary for the Implementation and Management of Contracts under the “Hot Lunch” Operation and Ordinance No. РД-06-53 of 17 September 2021 on the procedure and conditions for determining the target groups and directing assistance under the Food and Basic Material Assistance Programme 2021–2027, co-financed by the EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUND PLUS, must be complied with. Through this public procurement, meals will be provided to up to 450 persons in up to 59 settlements within the territory of Antonovo Municipality, at established food distribution points, every working day during the term of the contract—from 01.10.2026 to 16.07.2027—namely, 197 working days.
