The initially planned "Technical Specification" may be partially amended during the operation of the dynamic system by adding new medical consumables and/or changing their quantities. The quantities specified in the "Technical Specification" attached to the documentation are estimates and do not give rise to an obligation for the Contracting Authority to award them in the estimated volume. The duration of the DPS is 36 months. The dynamic purchasing system is open throughout its entire period of validity to any candidate who meets the selection criteria. Access to and participation in it are open and free of charge for all interested parties. The duration of contracts concluded on the basis of restricted procurements within the DPS is 12 months.
