Opportunity description

The consumables are described in detail in tabular form in the Technical Specifications – Appendix No. 1 for each lot of this documentation. NOTE! Pursuant to Art. 104, para. 2 of the ZOP, the chairperson of the committee decrypts the bids and opens the price proposals together with the documents under Art. 39, para. 2 and para. 3, item 1 of the PPZOP. Since all proposals in the participants' bids are presented as numerical values, the evaluation of the participants' technical and price proposals is carried out before the preliminary selection, while the verification of the existence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the selection criteria is carried out in a manner that is not influenced by the results of the evaluation of the technical and price proposals. The proposals are announced by means of a notice in the electronic procurement file under Art. 36, para. 6 and Art. 36a, para. 2 on the day the bids are opened. The committee's actions regarding the review, evaluation and ranking of the bids will be carried out in accordance with Art. 61, para. 1, first sentence, and paras. 2, 3 and 4 of the PPZOP.
