Opportunity description

The consumables are described in detail in tabular form in the Technical Specifications – Appendix No. 1 for each lot of this documentation. NOTE! Pursuant to Art. 104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the chairperson of the committee decrypts the tenders and opens the price proposals together with the documents under Art. 39, para. 2 and para. 3, item 1 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Act. Since all proposals in the participants’ tenders are presented as numerical values, the evaluation of the participants’ technical and price proposals is carried out before the preliminary selection, while the verification of the existence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the selection criteria is carried out in a manner that is not influenced by the results of the evaluation of the technical and price proposals. The proposals are announced by means of a notice in the electronic procurement file under Art. 36, para. 6 and Art. 36a, para. 2 on the day the tenders are opened. The committee’s actions for examining, evaluating and ranking the tenders will be carried out in accordance with Art. 61, para. 1, first sentence, and paras. 2, 3 and 4 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Act.
