Restricted procedure under DPS “Supply of medical devices” for UMHAT “St. Ivan Rilski” EAD, Contract reference number 30/2026 - Invitation MI21. The First Stage of the DPS has been completed and the suppliers have been qualified (admitted to the system). The Second Stage is being conducted: sending an invitation to submit tenders for a specific public contract to those suppliers who have been qualified/admitted. This invitation contains 459 nomenclature items with sub-items, described in the Technical Specification, which forms part of the participation documentation. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to purchase the quantities specified in the specification. Candidates must submit a tender for all sub-items included in the respective nomenclature item. If a candidate submits a tender that does not include all sub-items, it will be rejected due to lack of completeness. Participants may submit a tender for one or more nomenclature items. Ranking will be carried out for each nomenclature item. Procedure: restricted. Estimated value: 2,052,249 EUR.
