The subject matter of the public procurement includes the supply of various types of medical devices/consumables – sterile sutures. The procurement is divided into 5 (five) lots described in detail in the Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1, an integral part of these instructions for participation. The Contracting Authority requires the tenders for the Lots to be comprehensive. The term for performance of the public procurement is 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of signing the contract. The validity period of the tenders is 6 months. When examining the tenders, the appointed committee will apply the so-called “reversed order”, pursuant to Art. 104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, in conjunction with Art. 61 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Act; the participants’ technical and price proposals will be evaluated before the documents demonstrating compliance with the selection criteria are examined. The performance guarantee amounts to 2% (two percent) of the contract value, excluding VAT. The delivery period is as follows: » for regular requests – up to 72 (seventy-two) hours, calculated from the hour following the hour of receipt of a written request; » for urgent requests – up to 6 (six) hours, calculated from the hour following the hour of receipt of a written request. Periodic supply of “Sterile non-absorbable surgical suture material”. In the “Estimated quantity” column, the total for all nomenclature items is 91205 pcs., described in detail in the Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1. Supplies depend on the specific needs of the hospital and a fixed delivery schedule cannot be established. The delivery period is as follows: » for regular requests – up to 72 (seventy-two) hours, calculated from the hour following the hour of receipt of a written request; » for urgent requests – up to 6 (six) hours, calculated from the hour following the hour of receipt of a written request. Periodic supply of “Monofilament sutures made of stainless steel with a high chromium and nickel content”. In the “Estimated quantity” column, the total for all nomenclature items is 821 pcs., described in detail in the Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1. Supplies depend on the specific needs of the hospital and a fixed delivery schedule cannot be established. The delivery period is as follows: » for regular requests – up to 72 (seventy-two) hours, calculated from the hour following the hour of receipt of a written request; » for urgent requests – up to 6 (six) hours, calculated from the hour following the hour of receipt of a written request. Periodic supply of “Synthetic non-absorbable monofilament surgical sutures designed to ensure secure, knotless wound closure, barbs with a high-density spiral (helical) pattern, material – polypropylene /high-molecular-weight isotactic polypropylene polymer/; undyed or blue; featuring a unique extrusion technique that ensures a uniform round cross-section and a strand that passes easily through tissue; intended for use in soft-tissue approximation, except for closure of the epidermis.” In the “Estimated quantity” column, the total for all nomenclature items is 1025 pcs., described in detail in the Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1. Supplies depend on the specific needs of the hospital and a fixed delivery schedule cannot be established. The delivery period is as follows: » for regular requests – up to 72 (seventy-two) hours, calculated from the hour following the hour of receipt of a written request; » for urgent requests – up to 6 (six) hours, calculated from the hour following the hour of receipt of a written request.
